The war in Gaza invites significant challenges that have not yet been faced in the past. These challenges are many and varied, starting with the way in which humanitarian activity is coordinated alongside military activity, through the way in which coordination is carried out in a reality where there are a large number of actors that need to be coordinated with (Israel, Egypt, the Palestinian Authority, the United Nations, the Red Cross, etc.) and ending with coordination the operative in the field, how the equipment is distributed, making sure it reaches those who need it, etc.

There is no doubt that the current reality is complex, difficult, unpredictable and makes it even more difficult for international organizations to plan and allocate resources effectively.

In this reality where there are many interests, sometimes conflicting and sometimes overlapping, and it is required to coordinate at the same time, at the same time, with a large number of actors, the humanitarian activity must be done with the factors that know all the actors, have effective means of communication and know the interests and the general strategy that dictates the principles the action

We at ICS maintain many and extensive relationships with all the players and make sure that all the activity is coordinated with everyone before it is carried out. In addition to the Cape, we worked from day one to help organizations that were stuck with aid before it was brought into Gaza, in light of the closure of the crossings from Israel, and we created specific solutions according to the needs of each organization.
